Bread & Butter Pickles

Here’s my quick Bread & Butter Pickle Recipe!

3-4 Pickling Cucumbers (about 6 inches long)

1 Cup of White Vinegar

1/2 cup of sugar

1/4 cup of salf

1 Tblsp Mustard Seeds

1/2 tsp Tumeric

Slice the Cucumbers and place them in wide mouth jars. Mix together the other ingredients in a microwaveable vessel. Heat the liquid mixture and stir until the salt and sugar dissolve. Pour over the cucumbers. Attach lid, and let sit for at least a few hours before having a few! I keep them in the fridge.
