Is there anything better than delicious moist Carnitas?
Once a month, or so, I will cook a nice size piece of pork Carnitas to use for several meals. Cooking in bulk isn’t something that I do a whole lot of, but Carnitas is something that is sort of a staple for us. I use it for tacos, burritos, nachos, por just eating on it’s own.
There are a ton of different recipes out there in the web. This time I tried a new one that was marked specifically for the Instapot, but the ingredients seemed similar to what I’ve used on the stove. Whichever recipe you choose, don’t be like me and forget the salt. The salt is a flavor enhancer and brings out the flavors of the herbs and spices!
